Vision & Digital Steering
A human-centric approach focused on business challenges, designed to transform technological complexity into competitive advantage for executive management.
1. Strategic Alignment and Business Approach
The success of a transformation program invariably relies on an intimate and profound understanding of business challenges. The preferred approach departs from pre-packaged technological solutions to favor total immersion in the operational reality of organizations.
The alignment between the executive committee’s vision and field execution constitutes the foundation of this methodology. A strategic dialogue is established with all stakeholders — from financial departments to operational managers — to accurately map processes, pain points, and performance objectives.
This business prism guarantees that every committed investment responds to an imperative of ROI or tangible value creation. Technology is thus repositioned in its proper place: no longer a constraint, but a powerful catalyst serving the corporate strategy exclusively.
2. Digital Steering: Enlightened Leadership

In a constantly changing macroeconomic environment, executive management must rely on very high-level technological leadership. The integration of fractional executive expertise (Fractional CDO / CTO) brings the scope, seniority, and experience necessary to orchestrate highly complex projects.
This external digital steering offers a salutary step back. Freed from internal political considerations and historical silos, the digital leader takes a neutral and objective look at the organization’s digital maturity. Regular steering committees provide governance with absolute visibility on the program’s trajectory.
3. Change Management and Human-Centricity
The most sophisticated of technological architectures remains sterile without the unconditional adherence of those who use it daily. The human dimension is systematically erected as an absolute priority of any transformation process.
Meticulous stakeholder mapping identifies motivational levers. A transparent support plan is deployed to give meaning to the overall trajectory, explaining the strategic purpose of changes before addressing the mechanical functioning of new tools. Ultimately, success is measured by the emergence of a culture of agility.
4. Absolute Objectivity and Technological Neutrality

The intellectual integrity of consulting in organizational transformation requires foolproof neutrality. Technological agnosticism is a cardinal value: no software solution is recommended by default, and no commercial partnership biases the analysis.
The approach systematically favors the assembly of proven solutions (best-of-breed), allowing the design of a purpose-built modular architecture. Neutrality of judgment translates into the courage to formulate contrarian recommendations.
5. Security, Sovereignty, and Risk Management

Information protection stands out as a non-negotiable prerequisite. Safeguarding strategic data, industrial secrets, and sensitive customer information is an essential component of sustainability.
Architectural reflection natively integrates security and privacy standards from the design phase (Security and Privacy by Design). Scrupulous compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR is treated with extreme rigor. Zero Trust access policies prevent unauthorized exposure of informational assets.
6. The Exclusive Partner Portal Architecture

To remedy information asymmetry in large programs, a privileged exchange channel has been developed: the Partner Portal. This highly secure digital environment acts as a centralized control tower, gathering all interactions, specifications, and deliverables.
The Partner Portal grants executive committees exhaustive readability on their strategy’s deployment. Designed according to premium and minimalist ergonomic principles, it materializes the relational quality and execution rigor that characterize each mission.
What we are asked most often
What is the BUILD·RUN·LEAD approach?
BUILD·RUN·LEAD structures Clarendis engagement in three dimensions: BUILD designs custom digital solutions, RUN handles operational execution (support, evolutions, monitoring) and LEAD provides the fractional digital leadership that drives the whole.
What is Clarendis project management methodology?
Clarendis relies on the BMAD methodology (Business, Method, Architecture, Delivery) which allows managing multiple projects in parallel with clear governance, measurable deliverables and cross-agency coordination.
What is a Fractional Digital Director?
A Fractional Digital Director (Fractional CDO) works part-time inside your company: they carry the digital strategy, arbitrate priorities, lead internal and external teams, without the cost of a full-time hire. This is the LEAD dimension of Clarendis.
Do you work on time and materials or fixed price?
Both depending on needs. BUILD is usually delivered on fixed price with defined deliverables. RUN operates as a monthly service contract. LEAD is billed by day or month depending on the fractional director commitment.
Does Clarendis subcontract?
No. All engagements are delivered by in-house teams across the Clarendis network, distributed between France, Switzerland, Spain, Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates. No external subcontracting.
