About Clarendis

Building lasting digital presence, steering transformation, and staying. That is what drives us since 2017.

What we do — and why it matters

Clarendis builds and adapts management, e-commerce and portal solutions for SMEs and mid-caps. We are neither a classic integrator nor a traditional consulting firm. Our business is helping organisations build their digital presence, make it work, and steer it over time. Since 2017, first under the name EIGHT Digital, then as Clarendis from 2026, we have supported SMEs, mid-caps and international organisations across sectors as varied as private finance, luxury, hospitality, healthcare and industry.

This change of name marks a milestone in our development. It formalises an ambition we had been carrying for several years: a clearer positioning, a more structured offer, and a geographical footprint that reflects what we actually do. Clarendis comes from the Latin clarendus, that which must be made clear. The name describes exactly what we do.

An approach in three stages

Our service architecture is organised around three pillars we call BUILD, RUN and LEAD. These three dimensions are not three separate offerings between which one must choose. They form a continuum, a logical progression in supporting an organisation that takes its digital transformation seriously.

BUILD is our capacity to design and deliver digital infrastructures: bespoke business applications, system integrations, proprietary modules, scalable architectures. We never begin a project without having understood actual use cases, operational constraints and the conditions that will determine whether a solution is adopted rather than merely tolerated.

RUN covers everything that allows these infrastructures to function over time: support, maintenance, cybersecurity, performance optimisation. This is where most providers disappear. Not us. Our clients do not have one contact for the project phase and another for maintenance.

LEAD is the most structuring dimension. It encompasses our fractional leadership offer: a part-time CDO, CTO or CMO who carries genuine responsibility for technology decisions and investment arbitration. A senior director profile, without the constraints of a full-time hire. This offer responds to a problem we observe everywhere: organisations with clear digital ambitions, capable execution teams, but no one to bridge the two.

What sets us apart

We work across twenty-four sectors. This is neither accidental nor a weakness. It reflects a conviction: never reason from templates. A project for a Lyon automotive distributor and a project for a Geneva wealth management firm do not share the same constraints, the same users, or the same success indicators. Sectoral diversity compels us to think before proposing.

We develop proprietary business modules. Because some sectors have needs so specific that generalist solutions cover them only partially. Our modules are designed to fit a profession, a workflow, a regulatory framework. They require more initial investment. They produce far more durable results.

Artificial intelligence and automation are integral to our methods, without being the sales argument. We integrate them where they produce a measurable result: reducing repetitive tasks, processing data in real time, automating decision processes. Not to demonstrate technological capability. To solve a concrete problem.

Who we are

Clarendis is led by two partners with complementary profiles. Cédric Guittard, founder, orchestrates the strategic vision and leads relationships with executive management. Anna Hoang brings expertise in B2B marketing and international brand strategy. To learn more, discover the Clarendis team.

Our teams operate from ten locations across France, Switzerland, Spain, Vietnam and Dubai. This presence reflects actual mandates, not a list of destinations.

What we offer you

A relationship of substance. A digital partner who understands your sector, knows your constraints and remains present when difficulties arise. Because difficulties always arise. What changes is whether or not you have someone alongside you to navigate them.

This is not a promise. It is a commitment we have been honouring for nearly a decade, and one you can verify with our current clients.

BUILD

Design & Build

Our capacity to design and deliver digital infrastructures: bespoke business applications, system integrations, proprietary modules, scalable architectures. We never begin a project without understanding actual use cases, operational constraints and what determines whether a solution is adopted rather than tolerated.

RUN

Operate & Maintain

Everything that allows infrastructures to function over time: support, maintenance, cybersecurity, performance optimisation. This is where most providers disappear. Not us. Our clients have one partner throughout.

LEAD

Steer & Lead

Our fractional leadership offer: a part-time CDO, CTO or CMO with genuine responsibility for technology decisions and investment arbitration. A senior director profile, without the constraints of a full-time hire. Addressing a problem we observe everywhere: clear digital ambitions, capable teams, but no one to bridge the two.

OUR VALUES
01
Clear

We speak results in business language. Our clients understand exactly what they buy and what they get.

02
Strategic

We advise, anticipate and steer. Like an internal digital director, without the cost of a full-time position.

03
Lasting

We stay after delivery. The client relationship is built to last, not around a purchase order.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What we are asked most often

When was Clarendis founded?

Clarendis was founded in 2017. The network has gradually expanded from France to Switzerland, then Spain, Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates.

Who runs Clarendis?

Clarendis is co-founded by two partners: Cédric Guittard (CEO, fractional digital leadership) and Anna Hoang (Marketing and Strategy). Technical architecture and deployment security fall under digital leadership, carried by Cédric Guittard.

How is Clarendis organised?

The network relies on integrated agencies in France, Switzerland, Spain, Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates. This organisation now allows us to support our clients across several time zones.

Why integrated agencies?

Unlike a franchise or a consortium, Clarendis agencies share tools, methodologies, know-how and clients. A project launched in Lyon can be executed by the Ho Chi Minh team with the same level of quality and follow-up.

What sectors does Clarendis serve?

Finance, insurance, real estate, luxury, industry, public sector, professional services. Clarendis operates wherever digital transition requires building solutions, running them and steering them strategically.
