E-invoicing 2027: get your establishment ready in two hours
Next session: Thursday 22 October 2026, 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm (Paris time)
From 1 September 2027, SMEs, very small businesses and micro-enterprises in France will have to issue their invoices electronically and send the tax authorities the data on their sales to private customers. Since 1 September 2026, every business has had to be able to receive electronic invoices. This timetable is set by article 26 of French law no. 2022-1157 of 16 August 2022, as currently in force (on Légifrance, in French).
This free online session gives you, in two hours, what you need to know and do for your establishment, with your questions answered live. It is held in French.
Who it is for
For the owner or manager of a hotel, a restaurant or a hotel-restaurant, and for the person who prepares the invoices day to day. Coming as a pair works best: decisions get made during the session.
What you will be able to do afterwards
- Say which obligations apply to your establishment, and from when
- Recognise the invoices you produce: stays, deposits, credit notes, restaurant bills, seminars
- Tell what goes through e-invoicing and what falls under the reporting of sales to private customers (e-reporting)
- Ask the right questions of your software provider and your approved platform
- Leave with your checklist completed
The programme
