Lead Full Stack Developer

The context

Our Ho Chi Minh City office is Clarendis’s technical production centre for Southeast Asia. We are recruiting a Lead Full Stack Developer to manage the local technical team (6 developers) and ensure delivery quality on our international projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Technically lead the development team (code review, architecture, standards)
  • Design and develop bespoke business applications (React, Node.js, PHP)
  • Ensure integration of third-party systems (CRM, ERP, APIs)
  • Collaborate with France and Switzerland teams on cross-office projects
  • Participate in estimations, technical specifications and client presentations

Profile sought

  • 5+ years of Full Stack development experience
  • Proficiency in React, Node.js, PHP/WordPress, relational databases
  • Technical leadership experience with a team of 3+ people
  • Fluent English mandatory (working language with European offices)
  • Autonomy, rigour, strong communication skills
