Agri-Food
Ensure traceability, quality control and cooperative management with agri-food digital platforms.
Traceability and compliance: everyday challenges
Between growing regulatory requirements and pressure from distributors, mid-sized agri-food businesses navigate an increasingly constrained environment. The slightest traceability error can prove costly.

We regularly encounter agricultural cooperatives and regional processors juggling between several Excel spreadsheets to track their production batches. Regulatory labelling often remains manual, generating errors on expiry dates or nutritional information. As for quality reporting, it requires several days a month from a manager who consolidates scattered data.
Client audits or regulatory inspections frequently reveal gaps in documentation. Reconstructing the history of a problematic batch then becomes a real obstacle course. This situation weakens commercial relationships and exposes the business to avoidable legal risks.
The paradox is striking: these businesses have perfect command of their production operations, but their supporting tools cannot keep pace with their operational requirements.
The use-by date is calculated in a spreadsheet and printed on a label that does not share its source with the quality file. On the day of a product recall, two files must be cross-checked to know what went where.
Our approach: automate without revolutionising
Start from what exists
We don't replace your production ERP, we connect it. Your stock management system remains your reference, we create the bridges to automatically feed your traceability and reporting tools. This approach preserves your investments whilst filling the gaps.
Prioritise operations
Our solutions focus on time-consuming tasks: automatic generation of compliant labels, consolidation of quality reports, creation of dashboards for commercial teams. The objective is to free up time from low-value-added activities to redirect it towards core business.
« Regulations are constantly evolving, but our teams cannot spend their time manually adapting our processes to every new text. »
Solutions for real problems
Batch traceability portal
In several of the organisations we support, reconstructing the history of a batch takes one person half a day. The information is scattered between paper delivery notes, production spreadsheets and laboratory data. We develop web portals that centralise this information automatically. In the event of an audit or a customer complaint, the complete history appears in a few clicks: origin of the raw materials, storage conditions, analysis results, delivery destinations.
- Integration with your production ERP
- Intuitive consultation interface
- Automatic export for audits
Automating regulatory labelling
The pattern recurs: labelling errors are among the non-conformities most often raised during customer audits. A wrong use-by date, out-of-date nutritional information, a missing allergen statement. We connect your production data to label generators that apply the regulatory rules automatically. The system checks that the information is consistent before printing and raises an alert when it detects an anomaly.
- Configurable business rules
- Automatic consistency checks
- Version history of labels
Automatic consolidation of quality reporting
What we frequently see: a quality manager spends three to four days a month consolidating by hand the reports intended for customers and certification bodies. Compiling laboratory analyses, summarising supplier audits, tracking corrective actions. Our tools extract this data automatically from your various systems and generate standardised reports. Human validation is still needed, but preparation takes a fraction of the time it did.
- Templates configurable per customer
- Automatic scheduling of dispatches
- Alerts on quality deviations
Producer and supplier extranet
We regularly meet cooperatives that still manage relations with their hundreds of members by phone and email. Collecting harvest declarations, passing on specifications, tracking organic or Label Rouge certifications. This manual handling generates delays and errors. We create dedicated extranets where each producer reaches their own data: collection schedule, analysis results, contractual documents. Declarations are made online with consistency checks built in.
- Secure access per producer
- Validation workflows
- Automatic notifications
Batch traceability and safety
We build provenance records that identify the exact origin of an input within seconds in the event of a health alert.
This experience has taught us that each sector has its regulatory specificities. Labelling a PDO cheese does not follow the same rules as that of tinned vegetables. Traceability requirements vary depending on whether you supply large retailers or short supply chains.
We have developed detailed knowledge of sector constraints: allergen management, transport temperature monitoring, documentation of phytosanitary treatments. This expertise allows us to propose solutions that fit business realities, without unnecessarily overloading existing processes.
Cereal cooperative: from Excel to integrated portal
This cooperative collects and stores cereals across an extensive geographical area. Prior to our intervention, traceability relied on around ten Excel files maintained by different silo managers. Quality controls were entered manually and client reports required a week of preparation. We developed a portal that automatically centralises weighing, analysis and stock data. Each batch is traced from the original plot through to dispatch. Client reports are generated with just a few clicks. Result: the quality team now devotes 2 days per month to this activity instead of a week, and client audits proceed without stress thanks to the comprehensive documentation available in real time.
