Digital Transformation Consultant — Finance & Luxury

The context

Clarendis supports leading organisations in private finance, luxury and international institutions from its Geneva office. As part of our development, we are recruiting a Digital Transition Consultant to strengthen our capacity to operate in these demanding markets.

Your responsibilities

• Lead digital transition consulting missions with executive management teams
• Analyse organisations, identify optimisation levers and formalise roadmaps
• Manage projects in BUILD/RUN mode, from conception through to production
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and decision-makers
• Contribute to business development: tenders, client presentations, opportunity tracking

Profile sought

• Higher education (business school, engineering or equivalent)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting or digital transition, ideally in finance or luxury
• Ability to work independently and manage several missions simultaneously
• Excellent written and oral communication — fluent French and English required
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM tools and system integration
