Mission Director — Fractional Digital Leadership

The context

Clarendis’s LEAD offer is built on our capacity to provide our clients with fractional digital directors. We are recruiting a senior Mission Director to manage several simultaneous fractional leadership mandates (CDO, CTO or CMO) with SMEs and mid-caps in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Your responsibilities

• Carry out fractional digital leadership mandates (2 to 4 clients simultaneously)
• Define and steer digital roadmaps in liaison with executive management
• Supervise internal technical teams and external providers
• Handle investment arbitration and technology decisions
• Represent Clarendis on client steering committees

Profile sought

• 7+ years of experience in digital leadership, CIO or transformation
• Proven experience managing teams and complex projects
• Capacity to work in fractional mode (multi-client)
• Strong relationships with executive management
• Native French, fluent English
