Project Context
CLARENDIS (Eight Digital) was mandated to carry out several information systems audit missions, also including websites and internal management tools. The projects aimed to optimize existing processes, strengthen data security, and improve the user experience. We carried out a change management phase to integrate a new ERP as well as the tools from the Office 365 suite, which required close coordination with internal teams.
Challenge
The mission was to implement technological improvements while maintaining the continuity of operations. The updating of internal processes with a new ERP and Office 365 was carried out without disrupting services.
