Two Luxury Hotels — Private Events

Private events are a business apart within a hotel: the sales cycle is long, the decision is taken by several people, and comparison happens on details a brochure does not carry.

Project Event sales materials and toolsSector Hospitality & Catering

Context

A wedding is sold on what the couple manages to picture. Yet presentation rested on static documents and an on-site visit — hard to arrange for a clientele comparing several establishments in several countries. Between first contact and visit, nothing supported that picture, and part of the enquiries were lost in that interval. Spaces, capacities and possible configurations lived in brochures that sales teams adapted by hand for every enquiry.

Challenge

Making an event that does not yet exist picturable, across two establishments whose spaces and constraints differ — without promising a configuration the room cannot allow. The sales cycle runs into months and the decision is shared: every participant must find where the enquiry stands.

Objectives

  • Deliver materials that show the event before the visit.
  • Present spaces, capacities and genuinely available configurations.
  • Equip appointment booking for a long sales cycle.
  • Handle two establishments with one event offer.
  • Reduce attrition between first contact and visit.

Presentation materials and sales tools carry private event sales across two establishments. Couples picture the event before visiting, and teams no longer adapt brochures by hand for every enquiry.
