Château de Taradel
Château de Taradel, located in the Var region, is an exceptional venue also specializing in hosting private and professional events. This historic site offers its clients tailor-made services for organizing weddings, receptions, seminars, and other events in an enchanting setting.
Project Context
Château de Taradel wanted a modern website to showcase its service offerings, while integrating an online booking system. In addition to online reservation management, the château needed a platform centralizing all bookings synchronized with several external reservation sites (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb...), as well as a commercial management tool to facilitate invoicing and customer tracking.
Challenge
The challenge was to create a site capable of managing reservations while synchronizing 17 external booking platforms. The system had to manage availability periods, avoid double bookings, and automate confirmations. Furthermore, the integration of a billing system had to simplify the commercial management of the château.
Objectives
Implementation of a booking system synchronized with several external platforms. Automate reservation management as well as confirmations to optimize the château's operations. Facilitate event management with an integrated commercial tool for invoicing and tracking.
