Project Context
Château de Taradel wanted a modern website to showcase its service offerings, while integrating an online booking system. In addition to online reservation management, the château needed a platform centralising all bookings synchronised with several external reservation sites (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb...), as well as a commercial management tool to facilitate invoicing and customer tracking.
Challenge
The challenge was to create a site capable of managing reservations while synchronising the external booking platforms. The system had to manage availability periods, avoid double bookings, and automate confirmations. Furthermore, the integration of a billing system had to simplify the commercial management of the château.
Objectives
Implementation of a booking system synchronised with several external platforms. Automate reservation management as well as confirmations to optimise the château’s operations. Facilitate event management with an integrated commercial tool for invoicing and tracking.
Creation of a reservation site reflecting the elegance of Château de Taradel.
