AI engineer, models and integration
The context
Clarendis provides management solutions to companies in its core sectors, from hotels and restaurants to B2B services, automotive and retail. We are building our own artificial intelligence, tailored to these trades, and we evolve it with them, so as not to depend on any single provider. We are looking for the person who will drive it with us, alongside one of Clarendis’s partners, a cybersecurity and AI specialist.
Your role
- Select and evaluate the available models, open and commercial, for each of our uses
- Adapt the models to our trades: data preparation, fine-tuning, quality measurement
- Build the components around the models: document search, agents, tools
- Run the models reliably in production: deployment, costs, performance monitoring
- Integrate AI into our solutions with the development team
- Build security and data privacy in from the design stage
What we are looking for
- Several years of experience in applied AI, including language models in production
- Python and the usual tools of the field (PyTorch, Hugging Face…)
- Real experience in fine-tuning and evaluating models
- Hands-on practice of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agents, and comfort with APIs and integration; TypeScript is a plus
- Rigour in measurement: a model is only better once it has been measured
- Awareness of security and data protection (GDPR, Swiss FADP)
- Fluent French and professional English
Status and pay
Permanent contract (CDI), remote from France or Switzerland. Pay according to profile.
