Senior TypeScript developer, platform core owner

The context

Clarendis provides management solutions to companies in its core sectors, from hotels and restaurants to B2B services, automotive and retail. These solutions rest on a shared core, completed by modules specific to each trade. We are looking for the person who owns that core: everything all solutions rely on, which must stay solid each time one is added.

Your role

• Evolve the core: data isolation between clients, accounts and teams, connector contracts
• Keep the architecture readable: each connector to an external service lives in its own repository and follows a contract defined by the core, so a change of provider only touches one repository
• Review merge requests, with three systematic checks: no database access outside the isolation layer, no direct provider call outside the connectors, batch scope respected
• Be the second technical key: know the whole system, be able to take over any repository, secure production releases
• Prepare the core for each new trade

Our technical environment

• TypeScript, Next.js, React
• Prisma, PostgreSQL with Row Level Security, Redis
• Vitest, with a coverage threshold enforced locally and in continuous integration
• GitLab and its CI pipeline, Docker; automatic dev and staging, manual tagged production releases
• Connectors to third-party services, including ERPNext
• Conventional Commits, SemVer per repository, no merge without review

What we are looking for

• Several years of TypeScript development in production, server side and application side
• Real experience with PostgreSQL: schema, migrations, performance, ideally Row Level Security
• A taste for architecture that lasts: contracts, repository split, versions, tests
• The ability to review other people’s code and explain a refusal without making it personal
• Autonomy when working remotely, and clear writing
• Fluent French and professional English
