The brand needed a complete technical overhaul of its digital ecosystem, with the implementation of a multi-site solution.
The goal was to centralise the management of several platforms, enabling both online sales for the general public (BtoC) and reseller management.
Each market, particularly in the United States and Europe, had to have its own specificities, such as the management of local taxes and the integration of regional payment solutions.
Challenge
One of the major challenges of the project was to develop a single platform capable of simultaneously managing multiple sites, each with its own taxation, payment, and local regulatory requirements.
The system had to be designed to meet the varied needs of customers, boutiques, and resellers, while ensuring a personalised user experience.
It was also necessary to guarantee the security of transactions, particularly in the US market, where tax management required a specific approach.
