Project Website, CRM and online salesSector Luxury & Watchmaking
Context
A model withdrawn in one country remained displayed in another. A price adjusted at head office took weeks to reach retailers. And every market held its own version of the catalogue, with local corrections no one could say were intended or accidental. Limited series allocations were decided by email, with no record of the reason or of request seniority. This was not a technical flaw: it was a broken promise at every gap between what a client saw and what they could obtain.
Challenge
Distinguishing legitimate variants from accidental divergence: a global catalogue carries justified local differences — availability, certification, price — that must be permitted without opening the door to unintended gaps. And a limited series allocation must remain a human decision, defensible afterwards.
Objectives
- Establish product data as the single source for the catalogue.
- Permit local variants while making them explicit and traceable.
- Connect client relationship and retail network to that source.
- Equip allocation management, retaining the reason for every decision.
- Propagate a range change without delay or re-entry.
Product data, client relationship and points of sale share the same source, across a global network. An allocation retains its reason and seniority, and a withdrawn model disappears everywhere the same day.
