Our Technical Approach

Locally, each terminal has autonomous intelligence: it can process transactions, check store stock, apply promotions even without connection to head office. When the network returns, synchronisation is automatic and manages conflicts.
Centrally, we unify the customer view: web and store purchase history, loyalty programme, outstanding credits. The sales assistant on the shop floor accesses the same information as the central till, from a tablet or mobile terminal. Cross-channel returns management becomes a standard operation, not an exception that requires a manager. We interface your stock in real time so that the ’available in store’ displayed online corresponds to the reality on the shop floor.
